Printworks House, Bermondsey Street, London
This refurbishment project involved the installation of new comfort cooling and heating systems, fresh air ventilation and extract ventilation systems on the ground and lower ground floors.
New Daikin heat recovery VRV systems have been installed within the office spaces. Exposed ducted fan coil units and ductwork have been installed and remain in keeping with the building’s unique industrial aesthetic.
Mitsubishi lossnay units provide fresh air ventilation, delivering tempered fresh air into the office space.
A new VES twin extract system serves the toilets and showers on each floor.
Crinan Street, London
This old Victorian workshop was transformed into a contemporary working environment creating six floors of office space and studio accommodation.
New Mitsubishi Electric VRF heat recovery systems have been installed serving the office spaces on all floors. Exposed ducted horizontal type fan coil units create a modern look throughout.
A new central toilet extract system manufactured by Nuaire was installed, serving all toilets and shower rooms within the building.
Mitsubishi lossnay units provide fresh air ventilation, delivering tempered fresh air into the Basement office space.
Hardwick Street
The works at Hardwick Street involved installing four Mitsubishi Electric mini VRF heat pump systems within the newly built rooftop extension and floor below. Exposed cassette type fan coil units and ductwork were installed throughout creating a modern office environment.
Centurion Air Conditioning have since have gone on to carry out further works on the 1st and 2nd floors of the building. A further four Mitsubishi Electric mini VRF ducted heat pump systems have been fitted to serve the new CAT A lay out. Again, services are exposed to remain in keeping with the aesthetics of the rest of the building.
Dunn’s Hat Factory, London
This project involved a CAT A refurbishment of the office spaces, reception and atrium. Exposed plant and ductwork has been installed throughout to remain in keeping with the industrial factory elements of the building.
Comfort cooling is provided to the space via Mitsubishi Electric VRF heat recovery systems and Mitsubishi DX heat pump split systems. Modifications were carried out to the existing ventilation system to accommodate the new building lay out.
Waterloo Place, London
One of our largest projects, works at this Grade II listed building involved a refurbishment of the office space and common parts. The aim was create a modern working space which accentuates the buildings period features.
New bespoke underfloor air conditioning and ventilation systems were installed to serve the office areas on each floor. Each system comprises of an under floor Conditioned Air Module unit which has been installed in bespoke enclosures. The specialist CAM units provide fresh air heating and cooling via a Daikin heat pump condenser.
Other works undertaken at this project include an additional VRV Daikin heat recovery system, a Daikin DX heat pump system, independent Elta supply and extract ventilation systems, Elta twin extract systems and single extract systems to serve the office toilets and extract only systems to serve facility areas.
Each system has manufactured controls which are linked together via a bespoke building management intelligent control system.
This project achieved a BREEAM rating of excellent and was shortlisted for the 2017 BREEAM awards.
Henrietta Street, London
Working in conjunction with BREEAM, this project involved a CAT A office refurbishment of the 1st to 4th floors.
New Mitsubishi Electric VRF heat recovery comfort cooling was installed on each floor. A new M&Y fresh air heat recovery system was installed to provide fresh tempered air to the office spaces. New twin extract ventilation systems were fitted to serve the toilets on each floor. Exposed plant and ductwork were installed throughout creating a modern working environment.
Centurion Air Conditioning installed a Trend building management control system to monitor and link the mechanical services giving the end user total control.
Southwark Street, London
Spanning across two buildings, this project comprised of a CAT A refurbishment. Works in both buildings was carried out in tandem.
Centurion Air Conditioning installed new comfort cooling and ventilation systems throughout. Exposed plant and ductwork were installed to remain in keeping with the industrial aesthetic.
New Panasonic gas fired heat recovery VRF systems were installed in each building. Fresh air ventilation is provided to each floor by Airflow heat recovery ventilation units, serving the office areas. A new independent Helios toilet extract system was installed, serving each of the toilets.
John Frieda, Margaret Street, London
Centurion installed the HVAC services in this luxury flagship John Frieda Salon.
With a mixture of fan coil types, new Daikin fan coils were installed throughout the Ground and Basement retail space to a high end finish.
Ventilation was key for this project. Tempered fresh air is provided to each fan coil via Vent Axia ducted fans.
Vent Axia extract systems were installed keeping the salon humidity and colour smells under control.
